Once an appointment has been confirmed email the property manager to let them know the tenant has been contacted. Attend the appointment as agreed and prepare a quote or contact the manager for approval to fix on the spot if it is something small that can be addressed while on site. When we prepare a quote, we will ensure that photos are included so the tenant and manager understand exactly what is happening.
